KEEPING OUR FOCUS ON CHRIST AS THE WORLD MOVES FURTHER AWAY FROM HIM

I have been spending a lot of time thinking about my relationship with Jesus, and most importantly staying “Focused” on becoming more and more in “Union” with Him. By “Union”, I mean pursuing Him with all my heart in “Every” area of my life. It is so easy to be consumed by the absolute craziness of the world today. Everywhere one looks one encounters a world spinning out of control. The more the world loses it’s grip on morality, decency, respectful discussion, and common sense, the more we will begin to see movement away from the things of God into a realm of darkness. The truly sad part of this is that those who are moving away from God have lost the ability to even realize the degree of deception they are embracing. There seems to be a large group of people who are interested in redefining everything. IT SIMPLY WON’T WORK. The basic truths of God’s Creation and Purpose and Will are not subject to the folly of mankind to change them. Foundational Truth is NOT Changeable. God gave those who Believe in Him and Follow Him His Word to keep us from falling into FOOLISHNESS. God desires us to have WISDOM AND DISCERNMENT. Plain and simple.

THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM, AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY ONE IS INSIGHT. Proverbs 9:10

DO NOT BE CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD, BUT BE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWAL OF YOUR MIND, THAT BY TESTING YOU MAY DISCERN WHAT IS THE WILL OF GOD, WHAT IS GOOD, ACCEPTABLE AND PERFECT. Romans 12:2

I HAVE ALSO SEEN THIS EXAMPLE OF WISDOM UNDER THE SUN, AND IT SEEMED GREAT TO ME. THERE WAS A LITTLE CITY WITH FEW MEN IN IT, AND A GREAT KING CAME AGAINST IT AND BESIEGED IT, BUILDING GREAT SIEGEWORKS AGAINST IT. BUT THERE WAS FOUND IN IT A POOR, WISE MAN, AND HE BY HIS WISDOM DELIVERED THE CITY. YET NO ONE REMEMBERED THAT POOR MAN. BUT I SAY THAT WISDOM IS BETTER THAN MIGHT, THOUGH THE POOR MAN’S WISDOM IS DESPISED AND HIS WORDS ARE NOT HEARD. THE WORDS OF THE WISE HEARD IN QUIET ARE BETTER THAN THE SHOUTING OF A RULER AMONG FOOLS. Ecclesiastes 9: 13-20

Shouting. All over the world. Rulers are shouting. Media shouts. Protesters shout. Deceived pastors shout. Even with all the shouting, WISDOM WILL NOT BE UNDONE. Wisdom is found in our Union and Closeness to God. God has provided the perfect instruction for our lives throughout His Commandments, His Prophets, and the Wisdom He provided for Righteous and Holy Leaders throughout history. Deception and Delusion only find a foothold if our Focus and our Hearts are not seeking God, Pursuing His Son, and letting His Spirit indwell us and show us TRUTH, PURPOSE, AND PATH. Faith in God is a very important piece of our life, but only a complete surrender and immersion in Jesus will bring us to a place of being Consecrated and Truly a KINGDOM CENTERED SON AND DAUGHTER OF THE MOST HIGH GOD ! Give Jesus your life. Every part of it. Communicate with Him CONTINUALLY ! 24/7. Close out the noise of the world and begin the process of changing who you are. Build your foundation on Scripture. Apply it into every pore of your being. DON”T BE DISTRACTED BY NOISE AND FOOLISHNESS. Can it get any more clear that the world is not interested in your well being ? Stop wasting time with it. Look around and see the MAJESTY OF OUR CREATOR. See Beauty. Touch real things. Be Generous to others. Heal your Soul in time spent with God. Recognize His Love For You.

BUT GOD BEING RICH IN MERCY , BECAUSE OF THE GREAT LOVE WITH WHICH HE LOVED US, EVEN WHEN WE WERE DEAD IN OUR TRESPASSES, MADE US ALIVE TOGETHER WITH CHRIST-BY GRACE YOU HAVE BEEN SAVED. Ephesians 2 4-5

GIVE THANKS TO THE GOD OF HEAVEN, FOR HIS STEADFAST LOVE ENDURES FOREVER. Psalm 136:26

KNOW THEREFORE THAT THE LORD YOUR GOD IS GOD, THE FAITHFUL GOD WHO KEEPS COVENANT AND STEADFAST LOVE WITH THOSE WHO LOVE HIM AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS, TO A THOUSAND GENERATIONS. Deuteronomy 7:9

I am tired of the foolishness of our world. I pray that the people I see walking around blindly or listening to noise and foolishness would be blessed to have their eyes and ears opened. If you are ready for a Hope and Peace that transcends the world, strive with all your strength to FOCUS ON JESUS. He is there for you, and wants a deeper relationship with you ! Will You Pursue Him ? Or will the noise and Chaos, and perhaps apathy and anger overwhelm you. The pace quickens every day. BE READY TO SERVE THE KING :). FOCUS ON JESUS/JAA
