MAKING A DECISION TO BECOME A PERSON AFTER GOD'S OWN HEART

In the world we live in today, it is easy to find ourselves caught up in Everything But GOD. We put much of our focus on Ourselves. Our Life. Our needs and desires. Our problems and struggles. It is SO EASY TO BE CAUGHT UP IN OUR OWN LITTLE WORLD ! All around us are DISTRACTIONS ! The world seems to be in constant turmoil. Hatred, divisiveness, wars, politics…they all dance around us like chaotic fire. Everyone has an Opinion, a Proposition, or a Solution. Funny how they never seem to provide Unity or Peace;( GOD SEES ALL THAT IS GOING ON…and how it must pain Him. His Beautiful Creation caught up in everything except the ONE thing that can bring Clarity and Hope to their world. HIM ! We spend so much time in Our Minds, when where we should be focused is on our Hearts. Not just Our Hearts, bur rather SEARCHING OUR HEARTS FOR THE HEART OF GOD HIMSELF ! Searching and Seeking the things HE DESIRES AND VALUES. The journey to strive to Chase After HIM. HIS commandments and ways to live. HIS truth and justice. HIS love and grace. HIS WILL AND PURPOSE ! OUR ULTIMATE GOAL MUST BE TO BUILD A HEART WITHIN US THAT IS EASILY MOVED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSES OF GOD. It truly must begin with RELATIONSHIP ! The relationship that will move us from Sin and Rejection to a New Beginning and Transformation. HIS NAME IS JESUS :)

FOR I KNOW THE PLANS THAT I HAVE FOR YOU, DECLARES THE LORD, PLANS FOR WELFARE AND NOT FOR EVIL, TO GIVE YOU A FUTURE AND A HOPE. Jeremiah 29:11

BUT GOD SHOWS HIS LOVE FOR US IN THAT WHILE WE WERE STILL SINNERS, CHRIST DIED FOR US. Romans 5:8

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. John 3:16

BEHOLD, I STAND AT THE DOOR AND KNOCK. IF ANYONE HEARS MY VOICE AND OPENS THE DOOR, I WILL COME IN TO HIM AND EAT WITH HIM, AND HE WITH ME. Revelation 3:20

God The Father. Giving up His Own Son. Asking for US TO BELIEVE, and in so doing receive ETERNAL LIFE. Setting plans for us that promise welfare, hope, and a future ! Giving this GIFT to us while we are Still Sinners ! A GIFT like this is hard to contemplate; an ultimate Sacrifice made in Love for those who are not worthy and are outside of relationship. It is hard to register that in our minds because it logically makes no sense. It only makes sense when one approaches it from a HEART PERSPECTIVE. The decisions that we make with our minds can often be led by things that overlook the simple Truth that our Hearts somehow understand and value. The mind is quick to jump, while the heart tends to value time and meditation. The mind will embrace Folly for quick gain and success, while the heart will endure and test for Purity and Sureness. It makes it Clear that GOD IS AFTER OUR HEARTS FIRST, so that WE MAY SEEK HIS AS WELL :) As one matures in Faith, the road becomes much more Narrow. God’s Ways become far more important and take a Greater Understanding than simply walking along. GOD CHANGES US TO SEEK HIS WILL AND PURPOSES BEFORE OUR OWN. It is about SURRENDER. Giving Him the reigns. Hearing the knock, answering the door, and letting HIS HEART AND WILL COME INTO US. It is Through JESUS that we are transformed and brought back into Full Relationship with The Father. God’s Spirit MOVES US TO HIS PURPOSE ! Our Destiny is in the Hands Of Jesus; and it is With Him that we will read and reign as citizens of His Kingdom, so given and proclaimed by The Father.

MANY ARE THE PLANS IN THE MIND OF A MAN, BUT IT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LORD THAT WILL STAND. Proverbs 19:21

WHO SAVED US AND CALLED US TO A HOLY CALLING, NOT BECAUSE OF OUR WORKS BUT BECAUSE OF HIS OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE, WHICH HE GAVE US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE THE AGES BEGAN. 2 Timothy 1:9

THE LORD OF HOSTS HAS SWORN: “AS I HAVE PLANNED, SO IT SHALL BE, AND AS I HAVE PURPOSED, SO IT SHALL STAND.” Isaiah 14:24

Your mind and logic will not get you there. This is a HEART JOURNEY. DEEP ! It takes total Trust and Surrender to Him and His Will for Your Life. Start in the Gospel, and soak in HIS WORDS.
